Getting figures out of BCC data miner is just so easy. It's an amazing product and it's really helped with accountability with all of our clients, as we're able to extract expenditure literally within a minute or two, any way they want it - and changing the way the data is totalled and sorted is just a few clicks. Furthermore, what used to take days now only takes minutes. This means everything when time is so critical and client service is paramount. MCN has used BCC media desktop since 2004. During this time we have been able to streamline and more effectively manage both our internal and external media booking process, creating great efficiencies for our business. This has been achieved through integration with third party software suppliers and utilisation of BCC’s business to business functionality. In particular, the E-Prop functionality provides a 2-way workflow allowing us to electronically manage bookings with our agencies and clients. Direct integration with our commercial inventory and traffic system also provides us with a means of interrogating our commercial inventory availability and allows for efficient processing of bookings into the system for placement and scheduling.
