Incorporated into the system is a fully integrated document storage solution.

Supplier/Talent Invoice Approval
This feature will improve your workplace productivity and bring efficiencies simply by streamlining and automating the process of invoice approval. Your core business rules are maintained along with a full audit trail.

Traffic & Resource Scheduling
The BCC online Traffic & Resource Scheduling module is designed to help agencies plan and schedule jobs, people and other resources and to keep track of these resources as jobs move through the system. Jobs and activities within a job may be scheduled for overall day to day control of production and resources.

Expense Claim
BCC has streamlined the expense claim workflow process to allow employees to easily create and submit accurate online expense claims and for managers to review and approve claims providing them with control and overall visibility. Finance staff can easily process and audit the approved claims resulting in increased processing efficiencies.
