BCC AdSystems has many years of experience successfully managing implementations with the objective of ensuring you're up and running with our software with minimum impact on your business. Initially BCC's technical service staff will liaise with your technical staff to assist with specifying and configuring the required computing environment, install any pre-requisite software, install our applications and setup the appropriate maintenance plans and backup strategy.
Our client service staff will then conduct a series of workshops with key staff to determine and implement the appropriate application settings. These sessions are used to identify the organisation structure and business practices that need to be taken into account when implementing the software. We can generally extract both masterfiles and opening balances from your previous software and these can then be imported into BCC's software. Finally comprehensive training is provided that includes both instruction on the system functionality and assistance when first using the system.
